The two-building complex at the location of today’s Ružićeva Street no. 12 was allegedly intended for the purposes of the brewery. The facility facing the Street housed the administration building and the facility facing the rocks housed the production plant and the filling station.  

Valorization:

The building has remained preserved and, today, it houses a sports hall and the Cerebral Palsy Association of Rijeka.
